ATOMIC GIANTS' Vote Tally Hits 10,000 Mark

January 10, 2002 - ATOMIC29 Inc., the world's leading front-end infrastructure provider, and CMP Media's PC FAB Magazine today announced that more than 10,000 votes have been registered for the 2001 ATOMIC GIANTS award program.

The votes, which exceed the total number received in the program's debut last year, have been collected in the first 60 days of polling. Ballots have been submitted from over a dozen countries worldwide. The online balloting booth closes February 15.

The ATOMIC GIANTS is an awards program that recognizes the individuals who had the greatest impact on the PCB industry the previous year. Visitors to www.ATOMIC29.com and www.PCFAB.com can cast votes, and the top 10 vote-getters will be honored as 2001's ATOMIC GIANTS.

Winners will be announced March 23 at a special ceremony in Long Beach, California. Winners will also be profiled in an upcoming issue of PC FAB Magazine.

"Although the ATOMIC GIANTS campaign has had tremendous momentum from its infancy, we are surprised at the pace in which the votes are pouring in. We have exceeded our expectations and are looking forward to announcing the winners in a very close race that's far from over," said Jeremy Louwerse, ATOMIC29 vice president of sales and marketing.

"We have selected a group of individuals that have proven themselves in extraordinary times, and the number of votes recognizes both the accomplishments of these leaders and the gaining prominence of the ATOMIC GIANTS program," said Mike Buetow editor-in-chief of PC FAB.
